Tolerates a wide range of light, from bright indirect to low light. Best near east or north-facing windows. Avoid direct midday sun to prevent leaf burn.

Water moderately, allowing the top 2–3 cm of soil to dry out before rewatering. Adapts well to average European indoor humidity but appreciates the occasional misting, especially in dry winter months.
