The Hoya quinquenervia ‘Star of Madura’ is a rare and striking variety prized for its elongated, thick leaves adorned with prominent five-vein patterns — the signature trait of quinquenervia species. The deep green foliage often develops subtle sun-stressing in bright light, enhancing its natural beauty and texture. Tones of red and purple will start to emerge under the right lighting conditions.
Standing at approximately 15cm in height and potted in a 12cm nursery pot, this compact Hoya is perfect for windowsills or as part of a trailing display. With time and care, it will reward you with clusters of star-shaped flowers in soft pink to pale yellow hues, complemented by a delicate fragrance.
Key Features:
• 🌿 Distinctive five-veined foliage with bold texture
• 🌸 Star-shaped blooms in soft pink to pale yellow tones
• 🌞 Thrives in bright, indirect light (light sun-stressing may occur)
• 💧 Low-maintenance — allow soil to dry slightly between waterings
• 🪴 Approx. 15cm tall, in a 12cm nursery pot
Perfect for Hoya collectors and enthusiasts, the ‘Star of Madura’ adds a unique, textured touch to any indoor plant collection.

Perfekt 👌
These came in perfect shape and are so easy. We put them on rocks and soak them in water once a week. Two weeks now and they still look so fresh. That never happens with our plants.
